George Floyd's life mattered, and he should still be alive today.  The guilty verdict in Derek Chauvin's trial begins a healing process for all of us, especially the Black community and George Floyd's family. Our hope is that generations from now, our country – and the world – will recognize this moment as a turning point in the march toward equality.  The business community has a responsibility to continue the actions and conversations to create economic opportunity and belonging with even more urgency.
