LINDENHURST, NY — Lindenhurst Village will be hosting a meeting Tuesday night to discuss the possibility of rezoning a former local business to allow for senior housing. Walter Rafalowski of Rafalowski Realty submitted the application to rezone the former D'Angelo Glass & Mirror on 246 West Hoffman Avenue, between North 8th Street and North 9th Street, from Business District to Senior Citizen Multiple Residence District. The public hearing on this topic will be conducted via Zoom starting at 7:30 p.m. The board will receive written comments on the rezoning application and environmental impacts via email [email protected] (subject line: Rafalowski Rezoning Public Hearing).
