Anyone interested in writing original country?

I should mention I'm a guitarist and singer with a background in rock and southern rock. Not exactly country, right? Well, I grew up on the country music of the 80s and 90s. I'd love to work with someone, or perhaps a group, to write some neotraditional country music. I do have music to share that should showcase both my guitar and vocal ability, albeit it is rock. I'd love to work on originals with some covers here and there, but I mostly enjoy writing my (our) own stuff. Hit me up if this sounds interesting. I'm in my 30s, work hard at my craft, and am dedicated.
