Mindful Sunday at Petty Thieves is a wonderful way to prepare for the week with reflection and stress relief. Participants will complete a 15-minute self-reflection and intention exercise, followed by a 15-minute meditation. This 30-minute experience will equip you with stress relief tools to enact on a daily basis. Open to all ages and experience levels, bring your friends and loved ones, and after enjoy delicious beer brewed by Petty Thieves!
