Join us at Rain Crow Farm, an urban farm in Johnson City, TN that practices no-till farming. We are excited to announce our third Women Farmer Skills session will be April 27th at Rain Crow Farm. The farm is owned and operated by Rachel Slaughter and Dylan Disque. Our second speaker will be Andy Thewlis from Lotus Farm & Garden Supply. Rain Crow Farm is a small urban no-till vegetable and flower farm located in Johnson City, TN. They manage a CSA program while also selling to local restaurants and farmers markets. Lotus Farm & Garden Supply is located in Downtown Johnson City and specializes in organic potting soils & seed, fertilizers, propagation supply, grow lights, livestock feed and more. If you cannot wear a mask or a shield, you will not be able to attend these sessions. We appreciate our farmers opening their farms. This is part of the requirements for everyone's safety. Also, a folding chair and snacks to share (if you want). WHAT IS PROVIDED: water, soda and cups, light snacks Please register by APRIL 26 but remember that space is limited!
