Sweetwater Lifestyles is expanding yet again! Exceptional full and part time positions and growth opportunities await qualified candidates. We are a two-fold operation, in that we operate a high end, boutique-style boat club that offers high end boats, Captain’s Services and several other unique amenities. We also operate a charter boat company that offers private and public charters on our commercially built USCG inspected vessels along with several different styles of fishing charters. We operate in Bonita Bay Marina off the Imperial River in Bonita Springs, Florida. • We are in the immediate need for a boat washer and light detailer position. We have a large fleet of boats between our boat club and charter boat operation and need someone to regularly wash/detail boats, communicate with management cleaning needs on each boat. • This may be a perfect job for a High School or college person in a work program and/or that has a flexible schedule. • Part time, hourly position to start, which may lead to a full time, salaried position • Personality, positive attitude, friendly demeanor, broad social skills and work ethic are paramount • We work extremely hard at certain times of year, so stamina and the ability to have a flexible schedule during “season” is critical • Demonstrate the ability to proactively approach and engage passengers and members for lengthy periods of time. • Role could ultimately lead to a larger role as a captain and/or mate for the right person • Role requires working outside in the elements • Common boat handling skills of single and double screw boats and vessels a plus • Navigation knowledge of Estero Bay, Naples Bay and Pine Island Sound a plus If you have the personality, work ethic, are customer friendly, local to SW Florida and ready for a new and exciting opportunity, then we would like to talk to you!
