🌞heart rate
🌞muscle tension
🌞the production of stress hormones
🌞improves sleep
🌞increasing levels of Vitamin D & the stabilization of melatonin levels, which can be offset when you spend a lot of time using electronic devices.
Pregnant people who spending more time in green spaces with trees and vegetation have also been shown to be less likely to have low birth weight babies.🤰
If you're in need of a nature-boost, join My Darling Doula & Wise Community Doulas for an enjoyable Sunday stroll through McAlpine Creek Park. The walking trail is stroller friendly.
