Press release from the Town of Bel Air: Posted on: April 15, 2021 Posted on: April 15, 2021 Harford County's Draft Fiscal Year 2022 (FFY2021) Annual Action Plan The Harford County Department of Community & EconomicDevelopment invites all interested citizens, community groups, agencies andorganizations to submit comments regarding the development of theFY2022/FFY2021 Annual Action Plan (AAP) Draft. The AAP is the County's yearlyapplication for funding under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)Program and the Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME). Funded bythe U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the CDBG and HOMEprograms provide funds for a variety of housing and community developmentactivities that principally benefit low and moderate-income residents. TheFY2022/FFY2021 AAP is the second AAP under the approved five (5) YearConsolidated Plan.
