MANCHESTER, CT — Manchester had a hand in two recent big wins in the CT Lottery. On April 15, Scott Sandy of Manchester cashed in a $20,000 winner from the 20X Cash 6th Edition game. It was purchased from the local Krauszer's food store. Eight days earlier, Manchester resident Phorntip Suntithirasak won $10,000 on a ticker purchased at One Stop in Storrs for the 10X Cash 14th Edition game.
