RUN2.2 KC is a 2.2-mile walk/run designed to raise awareness for the 22 veterans and first responders who lose their lives to suicide daily.
The goal of the event is to help inform others about this important issue, and to give those who have experienced the loss of a fellow veteran or first responder an opportunity to share their story.
This event is not only about raising awareness but is also about raising support. We are excited to have several speakers from each branch of the military, local first responder organizations, and to raise funds for a local veteran and first responder non-profit organizations like, Fallen Outdoors, Second Chance Outdoors, Warriors Ascent, and Missouri Patriot Paws.
