We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technicians Maintains the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Responsibilities include: Take responsibility for the daily repair, cleaning grounds/parking lots and upkeep of the property. Provide preparation and general maintenance of vacant units for occupancy. Complete all residents and site work orders as directed. Maintain and keep inventory of all supplies and equipment Safely operate power equipment and hand held tools. Be available to work on-call basis (for all after hour emergency maintenance calls) Secure and maintain shops at close of every workday. Handle all eviction lock outs Requirements (must have): Property maintenance/handyman experience (2-3 years) Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry etc. (2-3 years) Effective communication skills Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
