An established Utility Scale Solar installation company is seeking 75 General laborers for 2-3 month temp project in Bakersfield, CA (South of Hwy 58) Candidates should be live in the surrounding area as NO per diem is available. Pay is $17/hr & ($50 mileage per diem/daily) Position available: Solar Construction Laborers • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of outdoor construction experience. • Solar installation experience is a plus but not required • Able to lift 50+ lbs. • Must be able to work outdoors • Must have reliable transportation • Must be able to work independently Tasks: • Racking • Rebuilding • Wire replacement • Moving materials This a 2-3 month temp job.
