Phil Murphy was set to provide the latest updates on the coronavirus outbreak, schools, vaccines and reopenings in New Jersey beginning at 1 p.m. on Monday (you can watch it live here, below). All New Jersey residents 16 and over became eligible to get the vaccine as of Monday.
