LITTLETON, CO — Colorado will continue to face drought, and it's important for residents to use water efficiently, Denver Water said. A large amount of the spring runoff will be absorbed by dry mountain soil before the water reaches reservoirs. Denver Water released the following rules, which go into effect May 1: Water during cooler times of day.
