All Saints Day School pivoted the renowned First Grade Waffle Inn Milestone Project into "Restaurant Week." Each student created a unique restaurant, complete with personalized menus, table settings, and advertisements. This project exposed First Graders to jobs and businesses in the local community and reinforced financial literacy.
