Main duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Accurately pick and pack orders. Process orders accurately through our warehouse and shipping software. Maintain a clean, safe & organized work area. Ensure all packages are staged properly for pick-up by carriers daily. Organize inventory bins and clean up aisles as necessary. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School diploma or general education degree. Skills/Competencies: Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to maintain a consistent, positive attitude and exhibits attention to detail. Ability to analyze issues and solve problems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to lift 40# frequently throughout 8 hour work shift. Ability to bend, lift & stand for at least 8 hour work shift. Ability to obtain company provided training for forklift & WAV certification.
