Big Creek Lumber of Half Moon Bay, an industry leader in responsible forest management, is looking for retail lumber yard personnel including both Lumber Yard Lead and Lumber Yard Customer Service positions. Both positions require; Honesty and integrity, Reliability, Being physically fit able to handle heavy lifting up to 100 lbs and walking up to 5-6 miles a day and A positive attitude with high energy. Prior experience in a lumber yard or in construction beneficial but not required. (Fork lift experience or the willingness to begin training for certification right away is recommended for quick advancement). To be considered for the Yard Lead position (assistant to the Yard Foreman) you must have a verifiable background of job performance that reflects pride in excellence along with one year construction, lumber and/or building material experience.
