This is Opal, she is a beautiful adult Dwarf Hotot/Mini Rex cross rabbit with blue eyes. She is around 1 1/2 years old and a small sized rabbit weighing approximately 3 lbs. She is not spayed and would not be a good fit for your home if you currently have a male rabbit who hasn't been neutered. Opal is completely litter box trained and enjoys free roaming, she does not belong in a hutch or cage. Opal would do best in a home with no children and no dogs or cats, but may be a good candidate for being paired with another bunny. We do not know what type of home she had prior to living with us, she will require a family that has the time and patience to bond with her. She is shy and vary scared to interact with humans, it will take her time to get her to open up and become comfortable around people. The best way to bond with her will be on the ground at her level and allowing her to interact with you on her own terms. A quiet indoor home that she is allowed free roam in (either a room or entire house/apartment) would be the perfect environment for her.The rehoming fee is $100 and she will come with some things which include her litter box and some litter, pellets, and a baggie of hay.
