HIIT the Park HIIT the Park will be held on June 12th from 9am -11am . A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout will be held by Wayne Mutata, Chelsea Christmas and Valerie Shultz followed by sponsored tabling from businesses throughout the Lancaster region including SoBol Lancaster and Restore Lancaster. Our goal is to bring people from the local community together to help foster a healthy lifestyle. In addition, all proceeds will be donated to Project Fit America. We hope to raise awareness, foster community and relationships, and promote a family-friendly environment.
