Description

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a sex offender who is accused of failure to register after a felony conviction 17 years ago. Christopher Brisborn is 42, about 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and weighs around 190 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair. Brisborn, who is a Massachusetts native, has tattoos on his left arm and shoulder and right arm and shoulder. He also has a scar on his right eye. Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said a warrant was issued for his arrest by police on March 25. "Brisborn is being sought on a Manchester Police Department arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender," White said. "Brisborn is required to register as a sex offender due to a 2004 conviction for indecent exposure and lewdness involving a minor." Brisborn was last known to live on Amherst Street in Manchester, White added, and also has "strong ties" to Swampscott, Massachusetts, and surrounding areas. According to superior court records, Brisborn has been convicted on many charges. Brisborn was convicted on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon in December 1997. It is unknown why he was a felon before this, his first New Hampshire conviction. He was convicted on felony drug possession charges in Concord in July 2002. A year later, Brisborn was accused of felony indecent exposure and lewdness and pleaded guilty in January 2004. In September 2009, he pleaded guilty to felony drug charges out of Londonderry. Brisborn was convicted on a felony duty to inform charge out of Manchester in January 2020. Another charge issued in 2019 was nolle prossed.
