CONCORD, NH — Nyabunguye "Eric" Tembasi, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on April 3, 2020, on criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention charges. He was arrested after an incident on Prescott Street. Rachel L. Newton, 28, of Laconia was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on April 3 on possession of a controlled drug and a warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. She previously pleaded guilty to a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in March 2018 and criminal neglect of elderly, etc. in March 2016, after incidents Laconia and a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in June 2018, after an incident in Concord. She was also convicted on a violation of probation or parole charges in all three cases. Newton is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on May 25 for a dispositional conference. Vincenzo Aguayo, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 1:47 p.m. on April 2 on criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and endangering the welfare of a child charges. He was arrested after an incident on Bog Road. John A. Russell, born 1965, of Washington, and Louise Russell, born 1969, of Washington, both received a summons at 1:02 p.m. on April 2 on a single theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge each after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Jeffrey Emmanuel Holt, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 2:01 a.m. on April 2 on a possession/use of tobacco product by a minor charge after an incident on Gully Hill on Loudon Road. Calvin Xavier Smith, born 2002, of Concord was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on April 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Bye Street. Michael J. Brown Jr., 36, of Laconia received a summons at 8:45 p.m. on April 1 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Alicia M. McLean, 33, of Meredith was arrested at 9 p.m. on April 1 on a felony theft charge, due to two prior convictions, a warrant, and a bench warrant after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. She has active receiving stolen property and theft by deception charges from Gilford and a forgery charge in Laconia making their way through Belknap County Superior Court and theft charges from Rochester in Strafford County Superior Court. McLean has a number of prior cases. Christopher J. Cronan, 23, of Bow was arrested on three felony sale of a controlled drug charges at 4:19 p.m. on April 1. At least one of the incidents was at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street. Previously, according to superior court records, Cronan pleaded guilty to a felony controlled drug: acts prohibited charge out of Allenstown in February 2020.
