Gunshots Targeted At La Grange Park Residence: Cops

LA GRANGE PARK, IL — Gunshots heard early Monday morning were targeted at a single apartment in the 400 block of Homestead Road in La Grange Park, police said. Police found eight shell casings in a courtyard, according to a La Grange Park police news release. The apartment in question was unoccupied at the time of the incident, police said. No one was reported injured. Police said they believed the incident was isolated and that there is no threat to the community.
