The ability to think on your feet and problem solve quickly while maintaining a professional demeanor is essential for this position. The ideal candidate will possess the following; Ability to follow designated plans for instillation yet trouble shoot and find solutions to meet the customers' needs when designated plan has challenges. Is flexible and supports Rainier's customers. Can work in a variety of work environments and from a ladder. Must have a valid driver license and provide a drivers abstract.
