We are looking for crew leads to join our team, especially in our Project Department. Here is an outline of the role: Landscaping Requirements: At least 18 years old Landscape Maintenance Experience Clean Driving Record Leadership Skills Great Attitude Punctual Dependable Personal Performance : Knowledge and experience of basic landscaping skills and power equipment Paperwork completed and turned in daily Truck checklist completed weekly Non-Production time below 25% Daily time sheets accurate and submitted daily Equipment Management Broken equipment tagged and reported Crew member training on landscape skills Landscaping Lead Benefits: PTO 401K Health Care Paid Holidays Company Cell Phone Lunch Program ON THE SPOT INTERVIEWS Compensation is depending on experience. This is an hourly position. Typical hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00AM- 5:30pm. This depends on the time of year and daylight. Overtime on Fridays may be required during busy periods. Our pay range for this position is $19-$24/hour. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
