DOYLESTOWN, PA — A Warminster man who had a warrant out for his arrest turned himself in to Central Bucks Regional Police on Tuesday. Andrew Justin White, 43, is charged with stalking and disorderly conduct after he admitted to being involved in two incidents at homes on Pearl Drive in Doylestown Borough, Central Bucks police said. On the evening of March 9, White broke the rear window of a vehicle and placed nails in the tires at the home of a former acquaintance, according to police, who said he was also seen prowling and peering in the windows of another nearby home.
