Description
The Sous Chef is second in command after our Chef in the Pomfret Club kitchen.
If our Chef is unavailable or off for the night, the sous chef is in command, and the kitchen staff is expected to offer the same respect to him or her as they would to the boss.
Salary will be based on experience. Our kitchen is closed on Sunday and Monday. We are open for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Friday. Dinner only on Saturday.
