ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Police Department released its latest arrests. Here is information from the police reports: Battery Jeffrey Harlan, 44, of Lombard, was arrested about 9 a.m. Thursday at Elmhurst Hospital, 155 E. Brush Hill Road, on a charge of battery. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Harlan kicked a security officer. Disorderly conduct Michael Kirksy, 23, of La Grange, was cited about 1 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of North Addison on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on bond. DUIs Riccardo Alvarez, 20, of Villa Park, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Friday at North and Clinton on charges of DUI, open alcohol in a motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol by a minor, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and squealing tires. He was released on bond. Isziah R.X. Rodriguez, 21, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Saturday at Third and Ridgeland on charges of DUI, possession of marijuana by a driver, disobeying a traffic control signal, no valid registration and transportation of open alcohol. In the same stop, Alexander Balderas, 23, was cited on charges of carrying a concealed firearm under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of marijuana by a passenger and possession of open alcohol by a passenger. He was released on bond. And Vincente Alvarado, 23, was cited on a charge of possession of open alcohol in a motor vehicle. The three men, who were released on bond, are from Lansing, Michigan.Karina Alvarez, 26, of Chicago, was arrested about 3 a.m. Sunday at York and First on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of marijuana by a driver, illegal transportation of open alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, improper lighting and unsafe tires. She was released on bond. Driving violations Clifford L. Thomas, 41, of Maywood, was cited about 3:30 a.m. Friday at Lake and Grand on charges of driving with a suspended license and use of an unsafe tire. In the same incident, Michael A. Thomas, 39, of Wichita, Kansas, was cited on a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol. They were released on bond. Jameson Province, 22, of Elmhurst, was cited about 4 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of Walter on a charge of failure to provide information after striking an unattended motor vehicle. Khaduah Wright, 26, of Chicago, was cited about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Roosevelt and Route 83 on a charge of no valid driver's license. She was released on bond. Oscar Suarez, 40, of Lombard, was cited about 2:30 p.m. Sunday at York and North on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle while using a phone and possession of marijuana by a driver. He was released on bond. Jimmie Howard, 42, and Ray Keonna, 38, both of Chicago, were cited at 6 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of West North on charges of open alcohol in a motor vehicle. They were released on bond. Rafael Murguia, 34, of Bensenville, was cited about 6 p.m. Thursday at York and Fremont on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana by a driver, failure to wear a seat belt and unlawful use of a phone by a driver. He was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
