Sacramento for Tractors is now hiring! We have an immediate opening in our well-established parts department. Sacramento for Tractors has been a leading agriculture and construction dealership in Sacramento for over 50 years!
The Parts Inventory Controller is responsible for ordering parts, maintaining an organized parts inventory, restocking the showroom, parts invoicing and customer service. This position requires teamwork with the service department and sales department to ensure our customers’ needs are being met. Additionally, the parts inventory specialist will order parts from multiple vendors and should be extremely organized and a quick learner. We are looking for some with a great attitude and positive personality to join our team!
Essential functions include:
• Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and email
• Utilize various software systems to ensure parts are being ordered in a timely, efficient manner
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to ensure monthly profit goals are being met
• Maintain an organized physical inventory in addition to an accurate digital inventory using our company software
• Prepare invoices for all parts purchases
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times

Qualifications:
• Automotive/RV/equipment parts counter and inventory experience
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft word/excel/outlook
This position is full time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Background check and drug screening required
Pay depends on experience
