Job Description Exciting new opportunity with a growing organization. Circular Polymers is located in the beautiful city of Lincoln, CA just off highway 65. The Maintenance Mechanic will troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment. Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all plant equipment including shredders, conveyors, dust collectors, rotary impact separators, fiber openers. Maintain lubrication programs on all equipment. Minimum qualifications: · 5 years’ experience in industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance. · Forklift experience preferred but not required. · Experience with plastics, extrusion, or recycling equipment is preferred. · knowledge of AC/DC motors. · Dependable and able to work overtime as needed. · Strong electrical knowledge; including experience with high voltage (480) electrical wiring and repair, PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers) and VFD’s (Variable Frequency Drives). · Ability to work in high and low temperature warehouse environment. · Able to follow all safety policies, including PPE and Covid-19 safety guidelines. · Must be self-motivated and may work independently as needed. · Bilingual in Spanish preferred · Able to lift at least 40lbs, kneeling, stooping, bending, and standing for long periods as required. · Complete other duties as assigned related to this position.
