Christianity is a popular religion, having 2 billion followers worldwide, of which 42 million are ordinary followers while 6 million are actively practicing the teaching of their faith. Father George Rutler said that Christians used cross as their symbol and considered it as holy thing. They all use to celebrate Christmas and Easter. Christianity has struggled for power with time and faced many disagreements and different interpretations, which led him into other streams. There are three main branches in Christianity: Protestant, Orthodox and Roman Catholic, but there are some significant beliefs on which all of them are united. GOD In Christianity, people believe that there is one God. God is the one who existed from the starting of the world. He is the one who created everything. In Christianity, God is considered as the eternal being that control and make all things. He is the one who is most knowledgeable, most powerful and presents everywhere. Christians believe that God is holy and perfect and cannot depend on this materialistic universe and merge in the world. In Christianity, the preaching of God's involvement and immanence, his love for human rule out this belief that God is made of the same thing this universe created. It can say that hypostatically God nature was linked with humanity's spirit in the form of a person known as Jesus Christ. BIBLE Christians believe that God introduces himself to humans by using words in a holy book called Bible. God directly addressed the people and then wrote the divine instructions, which we see in the Bible. Bible is the primary source to understand God's character and nature that why Christian believes that the word used in the Bible is the authoritative words used by God. Christians completely trust that this book is genuine. Bible has all knowledge that people need to know about their salvation; therefore, the Bible has great importance in Christians' lives. God speak to the people by using this book with the power of the Holy Spirit. Bible consists of two central portions, and both of them look a little different from each other when seeing at first glance. The old testimony records suggest that God's work was written in the centuries of history related to Israelite up to 400 B.C, while new testimony records believe that the work of God spread with the life of Christ Jesus as the Holy Spirit come into power. The number of churches increased in the first century A.D. Bible is also considered the library because, over thousands of years, 66 unique and various kinds of books were written with different authors' help using different contexts, but it is all in one book. Bible is incomplete from having great stories of love with the human and whole creation. All these stories related to God, said Father George Rutler. JESUS In Christianity, Jesus considered the Son of God, and his existence was also linked with God's presence, which means from the beginning of everything. Jesus thought of as a complete God in the form of human. He spends a great life on earth and then crucified on the cross for others who follow and believe in him to forgive their sins. Jesus is the center point in Christianity because he is the focus of all worships and teachings, and he is the one who establishes the church. Jesus is symbolized as the messiah who helped humanity by sacrificing his own life. He is the lord and the one who save the whole society. Christians believe that the death of Jesus was the payback of human sins, in the form of a penalty. He pays that penalty to save humans from the anger and punishment of God. He is the one who sets the examples of love, selflessness, kindness and living a sinless life, said Father George Rutler. SINS The characteristics of sin also defined in the Bible as it is considered that all people are not equal. They are different by their deeds, and some deeds refer to sin as given in the Bible. In other words, we can say that all those acts which are against the will of God are referring to sin. Sin is the root of every problem that comes on this earth.
