Looking for someone 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday from 8am-1pm. Saturdays and Sundays always off! Location: 8100 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209 (Please do NOT contact Property Directly) Hours: Coverage days are Monday-Friday from approximately 8am-1pm (may be some flexibility in days based on holidays) As a Maintenance Porter, you will be responsible for basic cleaning and maintenance within assigned apartment community. As the face of Valet Living, you will play an integral role in delivering our brand through dedicated service and delighting residents. Job duties include but not limited to: Grounds keeping Common area collections Pet station collection Apartment turns cleaning/maintenance Painting Breezeway cleaning Cobwebs Dusting handrails Immediate part time openings!
