What’s your story going to be? Your Opportunity: We’re seeking compassionate and talented Team Members who have a passion for caring for our Residents to join the SRC as a part-time Concierge. Wednesday and Thursday: 2:00pm-8:00pm and Sunday: 6:00am to 10:00am Salary $15.00 - $17.00 / hour Your Interests: • Answering all incoming calls within three rings, and transferring calls or taking messages, as necessary. • Responding to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns, and sharing iimportant information with the Executive Director or other supervisor, as appropriate. • Responding and appropriately handling emergency situations that may arise in a calm, professional and effective manner. • Monitoring the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness, and maintaining the following as appropriate to the community: - Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person. - Assist in telephone inquiries in the absence of an immediately available Marketing person in obtaining information from inquiry, to include at minimum call back information. - Maintain a community resource information library and/or directory to be able to route residents and/or their families to available services, both in-house and in the general vicinity. Your Background: • Experience in an office environment, answering phones or customer service position. • Basic clerical skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge, and familiarity with and skilled in standard office software programs. Requirements: • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
