The Position: The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is an important role in our company. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team player, ready to join a face-paced environment. The candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic that is prepared to work hard and look for ways to help and be a part of delivering solutions. Responsibilities: *Document daily incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments to update inventory. *Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. *Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. *Organize, and load products for shipment in a timely manner *Accurately move and organize products back onto shelves or designated storage areas *Review all orders to determine if they were picked and packed correctly *Stack or move pallets to a designated area *Drive material handling equipment, such as a forklift and/or pallet jack, as necessary *Working in accordance with all safety regulations of the warehouse. *Effectively communicate and interact with fellow team members in a professional and friendly manner *Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills *Should have the ability to work in a team. *Ability to lift from 50 to 75 lbs *Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time *Should possess time management skills and be able to meet timelines. *Work under minimal direction *Experience with RF Scanner a plus but not necessary *Great attention to detail *Excellent organizational skills *Reliable and confidential
