HUNTERSVILLE, NC — A suspect wanted for a recent break-in at the Huntersville Coin Laundry has been apprehended and charged, Huntersville Police Department said Monday.
According to police, the suspect, who was video by a security camera, shattered glass and broke into the business around 5 a.m. on Sunday, March 28
Investigators identified the male suspect at Tyler Eugene South, 25. South was taken into custody in Wilkes County, HPD said.
"South was also linked to an additional case from the same day, where he attempted to force entry into the ATM at the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union located on Arahova Drive," HPD said.

South was charged with felony breaking and entering; safecracking; possession of burglary tools and two counts of breaking and entering into a coin/cash operated machine," HPD said.
