Calling all UWS, Harlem, Washington Heights and Inwood residents ages 14-18!If you love to speak in public, this is for you! Oratory competition in honor of Frederick Douglass. Choose from one of five topics and prepare a speech 3-6 minutes, videotape yourself and submit. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners will be chosen in June with the final winners speaking before a live audience in Harlem late summer.
