Metal Detector Needed to Find Property Markers

I'm trying to find the rebar/metal stakes that are my property markers to be able to mark them to get a building permit. I need someone with a metal detector to find the iron pipes that are marked on the 1982 survey plat I have. I'm in Anne Arundel county, south of Annapolis 25 minutes. Thanks, Paul
