TEAM LEADERS WANTED ASAP CHESAPEAKE PAINTING SERVICES Qualified candidates must have: - 3-5 years of experience managing jobs and crews. - Good communication skills and bilingual preferred, but a minimum basic understanding of English is required. - Have a driver's license (preferred) and transportation to Annapolis each day. - Authorization to work in the USA with the minimum papers necessary. - Your own tools but at least a mud pan and mud knife as well as brushes (we supply rollers and sleeves). Skills & Responsibilities: - Plan, track and oversee paint projects from start to finish. - Priming and painting interior and exterior (this will be the primary role) - Proper preparation of all areas to be painted; scraping old paint; drywall repair as necessary; remove old caulk and apply new; remove all electrical plates; tape window and other necessary areas; lay drop cloths - Point-up drywall skills needed - Properly complete all assignments on time according to schedule and budget - Maintain an impeccable personal appearance. - Be responsible for all materials, tools, equipment, vehicle, etc. Compensation: - Based on experience - Overtime pay for more than 40 hours - Bonus pay based on individual and team performance - Paid vacation time - Paid sick leave
