PHOENIX, AZ —An 18-year-old man was shot and killed in an alleyway near the intersection of 15th Avenue and Osborn Road in Phoenix Monday night, Phoenix Police said. The victim, identified by police as Steven Hernandez, died at a nearby hospital, police said. The shooting occurred just before 10:30 p.m., according to police.
