Press release from the Atlanta Police Department: 04/15/2021 211051929 Preliminary information: On April 15, 2021 at around 7:52 p.m., officers responded to the area of Pine St NE and Courtland St NE on a person shot call.  Upon arrival, officers located a male alert, conscious and breathing with gunshot wounds.  He was transported to the hospital for further medical treatment.  Preliminary investigation indicates the shooter fled the scene in what appeared to be a green sedan occupied by multiple males.  Investigators were notified and will be responding to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting.  The investigation continues.     Please keep in mind the above information is preliminary in nature and can change as the investigation progresses and new information comes to light.
