REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in a luxury spa, specialized certifications a plusState of New York Massage Therapy License with current liability insuranceHighly motivated and results-drivenUnderstanding of the spa industry and its’ competitive environmentKnowledge and understanding of product and services, and general industry termsMust have a positive attitude and be a team playerMust be a self-starter Adapts to changes in the work environment and manages competing demandsStrong professional communication and presentation skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to collaborate / develop / maintain strong relationships and cross-functional efforts across all levels of the organizationAttend trainings, conferences and events, as required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to work effectively both independently and collaborativelyExudes and fosters passion for holistic health and wellness KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Consistently provides best-in-class client servicePerforms treatments and services per Naturopathica’s protocols, product usage recommendations and time allotment Evaluates client to determine painful or stressed areas of the bodyAdvises client on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methodsMeticulous to detail to ensure thorough documentation of client recordsConsistently reviews product knowledge and treatments protocolsStrong ability to sell, upsell and cross-sell spa products and services and build a client bookProvides information and feedback to management with the goal of fostering quality and efficiency in providing client servicesConducts outreach and referral development to meet sales goals and client scheduling expectationsCollaborates develops and maintain strong relationships and cross-functional efforts across all levels of the organizationAbility to work a flexible schedule, including, evenings, weekends and holidaysAssist in all areas of spa operation as requested by managementProperly care for equipment Follows policies and procedures, and upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization, reporting to management needed changes or concernsRemain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and all aspects of Naturopathica’s marketplace
