$600 Signing Bonus We have Immediate openings for highly motivated Water Restoration Technicians and General Laborers to become part of our growing team. We are a respected, family owned General Contractor in Anchorage serving the property restoration needs of residential and commercial clients for 30 years. We provide 24hr emergency services for water, fire, theft and vandalism and our teams work a rotation schedule for on call /after hours work. You have good communication skills with supervisors and customers and are able to work independently to manage daily job tasks Specific Responsibilities: • Become proficient in all aspects of water restoration and drying, fire/ smoke and mold remediation and clean-up • Coordinate, schedule and respond timely to jobs • Communicate with customers about scope of work & schedules and review necessary paperwork • Maintain all company equipment to keep them clean and maintained for use at all times • Monitor and perform daily quality control checks on mitigation jobs • Maintain daily logs, including photos to document job from initial visit, progress and final photos. • Perform other duties and cross training in related positions, as needed. Requirements for Job: • Valid AK Driver’s License • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs • IICRC certification preferred but training opportunities are provided • Restoration and construction experience preferred • Computer literate, with working knowledge of email, word processing and ability to train on our internal systems for moisture logs and job management • Some overtime and on call work is a requirement of the job and for this reason applicants must live in the Anchorage area and have reliable transportation at all times • Be able to work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics, while wearing full PPE • Post offer drug test and criminal background check.
