Are you a recent college grad? Are you unusually organized and detail-oriented? We are a fast-paced boutique family law firm located in the heart of Beverly Hills that is looking for a Professional Organizer. This job is great for anyone who is looking to gain experience in a law firm or is looking for a short-term position after college whose passion is to help organize workspaces. Some of our needs include cleaning, arranging and tidying our workspace. We need someone who will be able to create an organized space, where we can work smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will focus on visualizing and organizing filing systems, creating extra storage space, eliminating wastage, and will teach us techniques that will help us maintain our office. We need someone with experience in project management that is able to work with minimal direction.
Weekly Schedule/Compensation
- Full-Time: Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Hourly Wage: $15.00
-Short term employment ~ 2 weeks
