A large Custom Harvest operations is looking for 5 harvest equipment operators to join our team for the 2021 harvest season. This position is based in Hartley, TX 79044, but you must be able to travel all over the Texas panhandle and southwest Kansas. We provide shared company paid housing and an evening meal while on the road. Candidates with 1+ years of chopper, swather and pack tractor experience to the head of the line please. Candidates with heavy equipment experience are also encouraged to apply. Days and workweeks are long (up to 15+ hours per day and 5-7 days per week)- no OT since we are in agriculture.
