Here's my situation I need 5 cabinets cut from there original form and fastened into a van. The cabinets currently are square but the sides and back will need to be modified to conform to the walls of the van. The cabinet material is going to be very hard to cut as it is ikea with a plastic outer material over particle board. I believe heavily taped and a very fine jig scroll cut will cut well. Also the back that came with the cabinets are very cheap almost cardboard material so I have a flexible pine plywood for the back. I'm paying $40 per cabinet for a $200 job. I have a total of 6 cabinets so there is room for one or two errors. I need someone with ALOT of experience because there will be plenty of unforseen modifications that will be made. Prefer someone who does cabinets for a living. Job this week I would like cabinets reinforced with glue so time to dry overnight and then install.
