Phillip is an Austin Animal Center foster pup who would LOVE some more people to snuggle. He’s best as the only pup but walks well past other dogs. He’s leash, potty and crate trained and knows basic commands. Phil is a very gentle, medium to low energy guy. There is no adoption fee but I am listing one to see if that is why Craigslist has deleted my earlier posts about Phil.
