Essential Functions: Supervise and perform a range of tasks required for industrial service operations Supervise small project with single crews of 1-10 personnel Monitor and enforce compliance with DOT, OSHA, safety rules and regulations Establish specified decontamination stations Conduct site safety meetings and notify management of concerns Manage all phases of assigned on-site projects Load and unload equipment from vehicles, trailers and watercraft Safely operate heavy equipment Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired and in maximum operating condition Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, sample collection, waste removal and other remediation services Education/Certifications: High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Minimum of 1 year supervising crews and/or equivalent level of responsibility Experience: Entry Level up to experienced Other Requirements: Frequent travel within local area Rotating On-call including nights, weekends, and holidays OT Pay when needed Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather Ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds or more with assistance Able to pass pre-employment and annual physical examination Benefits: Competitive Compensation with uncapped OT Paid Time Off Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Life & Disability Insurance
