Are you looking for an Outdoor job? Do you like having a variety of tasks and working with people? We are a local fruit farm looking for a reliable, dependent and energetic person(s) to help with this season and possibly beyond. Duties will include, but not limited to, ground maintenance (including weed whacking, mowing, pruning, etc), tree and plant care and assisting with harvest. Our harvest season (Summer/Fall) is customer service oriented. All candidates must be willing and capable of customer interactions and dedication. Duties during harvest season will include some above tasks, along with transporting customers to and from our picking fields in one of our passenger shuttles, providing information about fruit varieties and what we are picking that day. Some experience is preferred but not needed. Candidates must be 18 + years old, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates absolutely must enjoy working with other people and have a good outgoing personality. Candidates should be of good health, be able to pick up 50lb and able to stand on their feet for long periods of time. The position is available immediately and is year-round position. Position would consist of 30-40 hrs per week. During harvest Weekends are a must. Overtime pay is time and a half. Paid Holidays and PTO after 3 months of employment.
