Shelby Township – 2nd / 3rd Shifts 2nd: 3pm-11:30pm 3rd: 11pm-7am Job Description -Machine Operating /Quality Inspection of parts · Receives orders from supervisor for parts to be pulled for shipping ·Special Documentation of Parts produced · Sorts and places parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in location according to predetermined sequence (FIFO) · Performs cycle count or inventory on schedule · Checks in supplier orders and properly label them · Complies with established company policies and procedures · Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material · Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe always · Assumes other duties as assigned Required Skills: A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred. A successful Warehouse Associate will possess the following: · Good attendance · High School Diploma/GED equivalent required · Knowledge of and ability to operate a forklift · Ability to operate a scanner · Basic computer skills/ Data Entry · Experience in warehouse/distribution center · Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it · Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork · Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction · Work well as part of a team · Able to work in a fast pace environment · Display a positive, helpful demeanor, and a commitment to providing the best in customer · service · Ability to work overtime when needed Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay$14.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Yes, Masks are worn at all times /Temperature screenings upon arrival.
