Ophel Home and Yard LLC is hiring for part time professionals in the Madison Area. What started as a local cleaning company, is quickly growing into a one stop shop for home services and commercial cleaning solutions. We have a small staff and are looking to expand our numbers as our service needs evolve. We clean and manage a handful of local Air BnB rental units as well as some corporate rental units downtown. Our hosts have a growing list of needs and this company is evolving to suit them. We also have secured a couple of commercial contracts. We will be cleaning for a new, local wedding venue and a local taproom. We also handle most of the groundskeeping and yard maintenance at many of these properties. We also have our hands in residential cleaning in the greater Madison area. We are very driven by guest satisfaction and pride ourselves in being day to day problem solvers. We are currently looking for additional folks to assist with our cleaning. Some experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals. We need self-motivated individuals who can manage their time and take direction. Our ideal candidate for these positions would have: Transportation Experience in commercial or residential cleaning Strong attention to detail The willingness to solve problems as they arise Valid Drivers License and transportation We will also be looking for candidates who can assist us with yard maintenance and painting this Spring, Summer and Fall. Candidates must have experience in landscaping or painting to be considered for these hours. These positions will be part time to start, with the opportunity to pick up more hours through the season.
