Are you energetic, positive, flexible, and reliable? Do you love working with children? Our Certified in-home child care is looking for an assistant. We are a pet friendly home. You must be willing to present a professional demeanor at all times. This is a part-time position. This position will include picking up children, changing diapers, feeding, housework to maintain child care facility (bathroom clean up, taking out the trash, vacuuming, sweeping ext.) We are located off T.V. Hwy and Brookwood in Hillsboro. A qualified candidate: *Must be at least 18 years old. *Must pass a criminal background check through Oregon's central background registry prior to hire date. *Must enjoy working with children. *Must be flexible with hours *Must have a current first aid, infant & child CPR, abuse and neglect training, and a current food handlers card (or be willing to obtain these within 30 days). *Must be responsible for 15 hours of training each year (I can give you information on how and where to take the above classes) If you are interested in this position please e-mail your resume, references, and a cover letter telling me of your qualifications and why you think this would be a good fit for you.
